| You may have noticed that each week, when our website is updated, the opening hymn on the homepage is changed. Music has always been a strong tradition in our Church and we have the great fortune of having many talented musicians and singers in our church family that bring our services alive with songs of praise. |

Having collected many midi files for the website and visited other parish sites, I thought it a good idea to give our visitors the opportunity to hear some of our our favourite hymns when they want and even download them. All of these midi files come from free websites and have no copyright attached to them. To hear each song, simply left click on the words and it should run in most media players. To save the song then right click on the words and choose save target as from the pop up menu and save it to a location on your computer, to listen to it another time.
Most of these Hymns can be found in our hymn book: Hymns Old & New, which can be bought online at Amazon.Com
The Hymns are in alphabetical order by first line but there are some hymns to the same tune(*) or known better by their choruses and these are indicated in brackets following the first line.
